Aleksander was a Partner at Black Pearls VC, where he led over 10 deals and contributed to more than 30 transactions. Notable investments include Nordigen (Latvia, acquired by GoCardless), Telemedi (Poland, acquired by Uniqa), HeavyFinance (Lithuania), and eAgronom (Estonia). His background also includes operational experience at a London-based e-commerce startup, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both the investment and operational sides of building businesses.

Aleksander holds a MSc in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and graduated with First Class Honors in Business & Finance from Cass Business School.
