Jarek is primarily responsible for sourcing, particularly in the Deep Tech sector, and for evaluating and supporting portfolio companies. He brings invaluable technical and operational insight to founders, helping them build innovative, high-growth companies.
He works closely with founders to help them develop scalable company processes that foster growth.
Previously entrepreneur and investor with a proven track record of navigating successful exits and scaling businesses internationally. As a CEO and technical founder of tech companies, Jarek led two significant exits: TA Group to BT Signaal, Norway's largest tolling operator, and Skyrise.tech, which was sold to NASDAQ-listed Etteplan, a company with over €350M in revenue. Under his leadership, Skyrise.tech was recognized by Forbes and the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in the CEE region, expanding from 30 to over 120 employees in just two years.
Jarek's deep knowledge lies in B2B businesses and R&D projects, with a particular focus on intelligent transportation, logistics, mobility solutions, cybersecurity, and healthtech, including machine vision based on deep learning algorithms. His expertise spans over 20+ technology projects across Scandinavia, DACH, and the USA, including projects with unicorn companies.
